1. Operator and acceptance
MatchonTV is operated by Simplifidenet Limited, an Irish company (company number 593197) with its registered office at Ground Floor, 71 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin D02 P593, Ireland. By using MatchonTV you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
MatchonTV provides sports schedules, scores, statistics, broadcaster listings, links and related editorial information. MatchonTV does not host or transmit live matches and does not sell subscriptions to broadcasters.
Coverage, kick-off times, scores, line-ups, statistics and channel availability can change or contain errors. Always confirm important information with the competition or broadcaster.
3. Broadcasters, publishers and affiliate links
A channel or news item may open a third-party website or app. Your use of that destination is governed by its own terms and availability rules.
Some eligible links are affiliate links. Simplifidenet Limited may receive a commission if you complete an action after following one, at no additional cost to you. Commercial relationships do not guarantee availability or alter the regional compliance rules applied by MatchonTV.
4. Gambling content
Odds or betting-related links are informational and are shown only where the configured regional policy permits them. They are not financial advice, a recommendation or a guarantee of winnings. You must meet the legal age and eligibility requirements in your location and use licensed services only. Gambling involves risk; use limits and seek help if it stops being recreational.
5. Favourites and reminders
Favourites and kick-off reminders are convenience features stored or scheduled locally on your device. Delivery can be delayed or prevented by device settings, operating-system limits, changed fixtures, connectivity or incorrect source data. Do not rely on a reminder as your only source of a match time.
6. Acceptable use
You may use MatchonTV for personal, lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the service, bypass access or security controls, misuse automated requests, copy or resell substantial data, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code or use the service to infringe rights or law.
7. Intellectual property
MatchonTV software, design and original content are owned by Simplifidenet Limited or its licensors. Team, league, broadcaster and third-party names, marks and images belong to their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of third-party destinations or reliance on listings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue features and may update these terms. The effective date is shown on this screen. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, the service or comply with law.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by Irish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Irish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction where legally permitted.
